Shipping FAQ

  • HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
  • U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx. International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

    • Average transit times to the United States: 10  Business days
    • Average transit times to International: 15  Business days

    Please allow 3 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

    Circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) may cause shipping delays. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

  • WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
  • We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

     

  • ORDER CANCELATION
  • You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email service@kitzhen.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

     

  •  INCORRECT ADDRESS
  • If you have filled your address incorrectly, notify us immediately via email at service@kitzhen.com. We can correct this within 24 hours.

     

    • MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 

    If this happens to you, please contact us with:

        - Your order number.

        - A picture of the damaged product with a description of the damage.
